Interview
I had a great interview with the coding managers and really felt like they understood what i was looking for. Then I was sent a set of patient notes to code.
There was quite a bit of paperwork to fill out as pre-employment. I was given coding tests with three various specialties with operative notes. Met with the key players in the department that I was applying for. Was given a tour of the office and introduced to the entire staff.
