I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at nd-Insight (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First round is on the phone with a partner, definitely a stress test. Fairly standard in the industry as the firm wants to see how you perform under pressure, especially if you are in a client facing role. Second was a behavioral with the partner, had the option to choose between a restaurant or the office. Last round was a case with another partner in the office.
