Started with phone screening then came in for in-person interview. In person interview questions seemed off the cuff, but were appropriate for the role. Phone screening was more prescribed. People were personable.

I applied online. I interviewed at nGROUP (Fort Mill, SC)
Interview
Had an Human Resources screening interview then a teams interview with the hiring manager. Received an offer and accepted. Had to pass drug test and sign paperwork. Was an easy process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at nGROUP (Franklin, IN) in Jan 2024
Interview
Brief telephone conversation with HR. Second interview with an AGM who will walk you around the warehouse. Third interview where they will ask you questions. Relatively basic questions. They will send you a Teams video meeting invite for the last interview but expect you to show up in person. This will not be clear to you. They will wrap up the meeting explaining the next step, which is HR will reach out to you. That will never happen.

Question 1
They will ask if you speak Spanish. Seems to be a real challenge there as they do not offer a competitive compensation package so the must higher workers agreeable to little vacation, no paid holidays, no retirement benefits, and high medical costs.
