Interview
Very comprehensive. Met seven people from the team which really gave me a great idea of who I would be working with and the culture. Great to get a chance to chat to people from the various teams.

Interview
It is a detailed and extended interview process. After working here for a few months I understand why it is such an long process. nCino has a wonderful culture and one or two wrong attitudes could ruin the whole thing, so they want to ensure they have the right fit for each position.
