I sent my CV and applied for at least 4 specific jobs at Monday. The 4th time was the first time they personally reacted. The job ad was via Linkedin. There was no way to add a cover letter or personal mail. Everything is automated via comeet. I did only a first phone interview, where we found that there was a big gap in salary expectations. We agreed that I would think about the gap. I answered to them within 24hrs that I was ok with the gap as I would really love to work with them. A day later they sent an automated declination. But the current experience makes me doubt that I would like to work there.. Everything very automated and non-personal.
