meliorate interview questions

After the application was received by the company, I was firstly in contact with a very kind Junior HR manager, whom I have had the first short interview as well. The first online meeting was a short introduction of the company and one from my side. Afterwards, I got invited to a second interview with a consultant, who presented her job to me and also inducted a small case study with me to see how I would behave in that specific situation. Again, I introduced myself and had the chance to pose questions afterwards. The third and last interview was with one of the CEOs, who presented the company as well and also provided me with a small task. However, this meeting was strongly focused on my self presentation. A couple of days later I already received their feedback and a contract talk followed right away. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview process as it was quite personal, provided me as interviewee good insights and also tested my skills in a spontaneous way with a real scenario. All employees have been very nice and the company provided me with a good feeling about the atmosphere within the business.
