Screening with HR via Teams
Talk with potenntial boss via Teams after a month after a successful screenning
Screening was ok, nothing special. The talk with the potential boss seemed a bit odd and abrupt. He told about what he has done, I've told what I have done and then I've tried to dive into matter of the company and the answers were dry and futile as if there was no intention to talk further.

The recruitment process is very fast, in general takes less than a month. Usually the first interview is with an external company that makes a first selection and then is with the general manager and HR person.

Sono stati gentili ma non ho capito il senso di fare due colloqui molto simili e poi scartare senza un'evidente motivazione. Le domande erano a volte un po' giudicanti. Già dal modo di porre la domanda sembrava giudicassero.
