Did a written piece of work of questions for them, then an informal teams chat, then a face to face interview near London Bridge. It was a smooth overall process and I greatly enjoyed it! I didn’t eventually get the job, but I got told this over phone call and was given many opportunities for feedback after the fact!

First round interview was one on one with research director. Asking about research experience and describing scope of the job, areas of research the team focuses on, salary range etc. Didn't move on to second round as I had another offer.
