Interview
First interview was pretty casual. Had a nice chat with the Director. Then came the second interview. A little skill test. Overall it was not hard at all but you've got to show (honestly) your passion in order to land a job here.

What are your weaknesses. Name three.
I mean, most people would have prepared to answer this sort of question. But saying three weaknesses (not just one) could really surprise you.
