I recently interviewed with Knuspr and was very disappointed with their hiring process. There was absolutely no communication from their side about the next steps or decisions. I felt completely left in the dark, wondering whether I was moving forward or not.
The process was unstructured and unprofessional overall. It seems like they do not value applicants’ time or effort. A lot needs to be improved in their recruitment process to ensure candidates are aware of each stage and receive timely updates.
In today’s market, where candidate experience is crucial, Knuspr falls far behind. I hope they work on creating a transparent and respectful recruitment journey in the future.
