I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at knownwell (Needham, MA) in Apr 2026
Interview
I received an email on Indeed asking if I wanted to apply for the position, they were impressed with my resume and experience. I applied and quickly got an email from Kerrin the recruiter. Kerrin was very nice and informative, she told me about the position and started the interview process. I interviewed with Nic and Jim and Dr. Leddy via Microsoft Teams and then on-site interview with the lead medical assistant Lisa. The next day I received an email from Kerrin with the job offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at knownwell (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process at knownwell was very interesting it consisted of getting to know the management team and clinic physician through zoom interviews. After those I was scheduled to go to the clinic in person and meet everyone for a final interview. The team was so welcoming and friendly and they definitely made the interview process fun and enjoyable.
I applied online. I interviewed at knownwell (New York, NY) in Jan 2026
Interview
The interview process was OK. It consisted of me applying for the position and then a recruiter reached out to me. The recruiter reached out and had about a 20 minute conversation just about my experience. After that, I then met with the clinic manager for the city that I would be living in. She answered a few of my questions and told me a few things about the company. I then had an interview with a medical director. This is where my interview stopped because I didn’t make it past this stage, however, I think there were to be more interviews after this. I received my decision the very next day, and I was told that they have decided to go with people whose experience aligns with what they’re looking for… Which I wish I would’ve been told earlier on. I also feel like if I am providing feedback then I would hope that they would provide me feedback as well. Overall, everybody was nice and they just ask normal interview questions. I do feel like it wasn’t clear on what the day-to-day tasks are of a provider, or what the patient load looks like. And each interview I asked about work life balance and I feel like I got a runaround with the answers, so just be careful about this. But overall, I feel like it seems like a good company to work for.
