La entrevista inició con la persona que dirige el área hablando por 10 minutos ininterrumpidamente. Habló hasta de desafíos personales, supongo para hacerme entrar en confianza y me relaje y me muestre más auténtico. Luego habló de los desafíos del área y me cedió la palabra.
The application process is horrible. They are unfair to the candidates, and when you ask for feedback and an explanation for not even getting a screening, they send you an AI-generated response based on your resume. It's easier apparently to ask chatgpt to generate a rejection reason based on someone's resume.
Additionally, they are constantly seeking individuals to relocate from all over the world. This absurd practice was carried over from Runtastic and involves bringing in the best people in the world to their company, which are more convenient to lay off eventually, even if there are available candidates in Austria already, but who seem to not be exotic enough for them.
