You go through 3 phases. The first one is with HR, it is the typical interview where they ask you about your background. The second one is with your potential manager or a member of the team, and the third one is with the client you will work with.

Interview
The interview was conducted entirely in English. If you are not fluent, this company may not be the right fit for you. Overall, the interviewer was very kind and made an effort to understand my answers. However, I didn’t pass the interview phase at the time because my English proficiency level was B2.
