1. HR and resume screening 2. Technical round The technical round was a design discussion which is very broad by its nature. The interviewer was not open to any other approach and his mind was fixated on the kind of solution that only he knew. Little did he know that people come from various backgrounds and experiences and there's not always one approach to deal with the problem statement. If that wasn't enough, he started belittling my entire experience and how he expected people to just know what works in his company. Dodged a bullet there! An extremely arrogant co-worker who does not understand the concept of different ideas and approaches - I'd rather not work in such company.

A. Does not matter because whatever you say will be wrong. Apparently only this company/ its employees know how to write API contracts.
