Interview
Disorganized and disrespectful. I scheduled a call with an recruiter. The recruiter didn't show up to the call. We had to reschedule. Later the recruiter disappeared for 3 weeks. He replied after several follow ups. Tech interviewers couldn't clearly explain role responsibilities and don't seem to be caring about interesting the candidate in the company. Overall, I got an impression that no one was really caring on what or why they were doing with the interview process.

Interview
Each time recruiter responds in a 3-5 days, so it took almost 2 weeks to get to the technical interview. And almost a month from first touch to getting decision. Recruiter ignores any feedback from candidate.
The questions at tech interview were very average, I think for senior software engineer position questions should be absolutely different, this could increase the quality of tech team members
