Some of our candidates do have to travel to other offices we have depending on their job position, in order to see the office space and meet the teams they will be working with. Having multiple people involved in our interview process is very important to us. When we have candidates travel from other locations to one of our offices, we do our best to make sure that we have done as much on the front end from an interview standpoint so that we can end in a hire after the onsite interview. Unfortunately this doesn’t always happen based on the final interview. There is so much that goes into our interview process. Just as much as we are interviewing our candidates, we want candidates to be interviewing us so that when we make a hire, it will be good for both parties long term.
