I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at iRecommend (Tulsa, OK) in May 2018
Interview
I came in a few times to meet the CEO and later other members of the team including the COO. They basically said the job was mine but then never followed up and never spoke to me again. I have heard from several people in town that this behavior is usual for them. They don't seem to have their act together or know what they are doing. So much office space with so few people.

Interview
The interview went great. I seemed well liked by the team and I liked them. The CEO said he was interested in working with me. One weird thing was a senior member of the team there implied the CEO was a "sociopath", that certainly turned me off! We had a follow-up meeting scheduled but the CEO canceled it. Then I never hear from them again. No "thanks for your time but you aren't a fit". In Tulsa, this sort of behavior gets around and when discussing with folks in my circle who also have dealt with them, it seems that this is a trend with the company. Why they think this is professional behavior and good for their reputation is beyond me but not surprising. I really am not that bitter as I think I dodged a bullet as how would a company treat employees when they have you if they treat you like this as a candidate? Flakey, disrespectful or just plain selfish, immature and inconsiderate....what is it exactly, folks? This stuff doesn't fly in Tulsa.
