Interview
Asked for background, simple introduction, asked problem solving questions, then reviewed my CV and further probed my previous job experienced to get in depth with. After that they asked for any Training certification I might have from an accredited facility, then I was given a QR code to scan which contains basic BPO questionaires to answer which would allow.

A customer is frustrated with an issue how would you deal with them?
The person who was interviewing me was very approachable and nice. He was guiding me along the way and even gave tips on how it would be during the final interview.
