Interview
Meet with HR mgr. for paperwork followed by interview with operations manager. Questions were basic and not particularly probing into my daily routine as I would have expected. Interviewer seemed to relate positively to my explanation of my management style but he gave little information concerning the company's overall commitment to quality or the attainment of productivity standards.

Do you consider yourself a hands on or a hands off teammate manager?
Fairly easy. Over the phone interviews still! Mostly focusing on your previous customer service experience. One part interview process. As long as you are able to articulate well, you have the job.
