I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iCresset Talent Solutions, (New Delhi) in Aug 2021
Interview
There are 4 rounds in all. The first round is by their recruiting team which collects basic info from you basis which they screen you. Once past that round, you get to speak to one of the senior persons who deep dive into your work experience - I felt at this level I was grilled me for my ability to handle target based work environment. If you clear this, one gets to speak to one of their founders who then try to grill deeper into your work place behavior, ability to service client and candidates well, your ability to work well with coworkers and manage harmony, and lot of emphasis on delivery as they are a retained search firm and high quality delivery is quite important for them. Post this there is a psychometric assessment - my first experience with something like this - quite an exhaustive one and took about an hour for me to complete it. It has aptitude section as well. I cleared it and got to speak to the CEO who focused more on the test results. Overall the process was quite good for me

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and the company founders and HR staff were very courteous and overall good people. I rejected the offer made to me because I had to go for an MBA but if things panned out a different way, I would've loved to work there.
