Informal discussion about organization. Interviewer explained internal mechanisms and processes, gave a good overview of expectations and business direction. Was asked to outline background and experience and how they might fit into the organization. Was given a limited view into the salary and benefits that would accompany this position. Interview lasted a couple of hours.
