Why you are interested to work with them? why this position? do you have customer sales experience? but mainly the interviewer spent most of the time talking about the position and the program . They also made me do at of the interview an assessment test to see my suitability for the job mainly to test your background in insurance companies.

There will be an online test question, there are about ten types of questions, and there are about 30 questions under each type. It takes at least half an hour to an hour to finish.

Interview
First was a phone interview, then they had me come in for a face to face and complete a personality profile test. The whole process was very smooth and easy, and I received a call less then 24 hours later after the results were back.. After this process you must undergo a 4 week pre-required training that YOU (myself) have to pay for. The course and final exams cost aprox 550$. You must also have a license and a car!
