Recruiter - thankfully human.
You speak with a 3rd party recruiter regarding your ability to have a conversation regarding financial matters - in my belief to avoid people who might have intimidation dealing with larger dollar transactions.
Following this you speak with a VP - a co-founder. The function here being how you handle a conversation and how quickly you pivot and handle financial vernacular.
After this, you speak with one more C-suite person then you are invited into the HQ. At that point they meter your ability to dominate a-b in person type conversations.
After this, they execute an offer if able.

First I was interviewed by a recruiting company where they had me take an assessment to understand my behavior type. Then I met with the CEO Ryan virtual. The next steps was meet with 2 senior partner. to confirm my personality and fit with the organization.
