Interview
Easy. Quick 10 minute intro call with HR, then a quick onsite interview with a manager. A few STAR method questions and a brief overview of the job. You'll take a drug test and do a background check as well as fingerprints. If all goes well, you're hired.

Interview
Was done virtually (during COVID) but now they offer in-person interviews. Wasn't a hard not lengthily process. You'll interview with HR and recruitment, the managers of the department in which the role you're applying to falls in to, and the team leads of that department. Quick turn around time on their decisions - they are transparent and will give you their finalized answer regardless.
