Interview
You get a phone call to ask to schedule an interview in-person. You visit the store and do a 30min interview where you also style an outfit from head-to-toe on what is on the floor.

What was a time you had conflict at work and how did you deal with it?
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
