I had a EXCELLENT experience!!!! The manager of the store was the same person that interviewed me and we connected so well!!! He was so down to earth and easy to talk to! we just talked basically! It was very easy and he didn't ask me hard questions at all!!!! Highly recommend working at this particular francesca's!!!!
The interview was super simple, they treated it like a conversation and added in basic questions. Overall, I found it to be quick and easy with no drawbacks. Among all the questions she was really just trying to figure out whether or not I was in line with the company's overall views and aesthetic.

I showed up 10 minutes earlier and the manager loved that. She took me to the back where we both sat down and she proceeded with the interview. she asked me about 5 questions.
