Interview
Applied on the 11th, got a call on the 16th for an interview that i missed-played phone tag for 3 days, interviewed the 21th-was told right after the interview that i was the best candidate and i would hear back by the end of the week. Got a call on the 23rd with a official offer and to fill out some papers.
No unexpected questions, was asked about previous job-what i liked, what i didn't like, how my previous employer would describe me(3 words), how i would describe my style, what do i know about the store, why i want to work for them, what has been my greatest accomplish thus far, where do i see myself in 2 years, how would i handle an upset customer, and what do i like about retail. Super relaxed! Only interview I had where I didn't feel nervous!

Question 1
Not hard or unexpected question but if they ask you if you have questions, DO NOT SAY NO. ask something! what does a typical day look like? why did YOU chose this store? etc. Show interest. Also if you get asked about a disagreement with a co-worker or manager be honest but don't bad mouth them and make sure to emphasis how the disagreement came to a reasonable conclusion.

Both managers were the nicest people ever!
In first interview I had to put together an outfit and explain why I put those pieces together. The store manager loved my choices.

I got a call from the boutique manager asking me to come in for an interview. It was pretty basic as far as the questions go. They were pretty desperate for a keyholder so the manager pretty much said anything that would make me want to join the company. I quit after three weeks because of the store manager.

Interview
In-person interview consisted of questions on past experience, personal style, and team dynamic. There was a template that the manager used and also tailored to our specific store location. She was very friendly and made the interview comfortable. Showing up to the interview dressed fashionably and tastefully is expected. Be prepared to put together an outfit from available merchandise on the floor.
