Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.

Process was informal on a mall bench, distractions around. Mostly about personal information rather than about career objections. Mostly curious about sales backgrounds. She was friendly and easy to talk to.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.
