Interview
You’ll do the typical lifestyle question. “What would do or How would you handle that..” and they’ll also ask about your background experience. Afterwards you’ll be asked to go on the floor to put together an outfit. When putting together your outfit always go for a head to toe outfit. Accessories and shoes included. Then the manager will review what you picked and you’ll have to explain why you picked it.

So easy. the questions were simplistic to answer and the hiring manager did a great job. I was able to feel comfortable the entire time while i was interviewing. The whole process took around 15-30 minutes and the interview led to an offer within a week.

Interview
It took 3 days, i interviewed with the BTL first then after my background check cleared, I interviewed with a manager much higher up than you would normally interview with after the BTL, as there were some changed being made in the chain of management. I called after my interview and qas offered the job. The interview was pretty lengthy, lots of open ended questions while also making sure to get to know me at the same time. Just be yourself and be positive. This company is a very friendly and upbeat one, it's great to work for.
