I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at francesca's (South Portland, ME) in May 2018
Interview
Great interview process. After submitting an application online, you'll get a call to come in and meet with a manager. The interview is pretty straightforward - they have a list of categories and questions to ask. As it's a retail position, the questions are slightly different and more specific than your general behavioral interview questions for a corporate job. I found myself really raking through all my past experiences to come up with good responses - but there was no rush and the entire process was very relaxed. At the end you'll get the chance to style an outfit for a specific occasion and then you'll "present" said outfit to an employee, explaining what you picked and why.
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Question 1
Style an outfit head to toe for a bachelorette party in Las Vegas.
Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
