Interview
I’m very disappointed by this company’s unprofessional approach to the hiring process. After reaching the third stage (a case study), it became clear that the only purpose was to gather ideas for new products. Following the communication that they had chosen another candidate, no one was actually hired — and the position was reposted three times over the following months.
It’s disheartening to see a company resorting to such questionable tactics because their own employees seem unable to come up with innovative ideas. I expected a much higher standard of integrity and respect for candidates' time and effort.
