The process was something of a wild goose chase and the company had no clear view of who or what they wanted for this role. I had an initial 'automated' interview that I had to record and submit, then a real, albeit remote interview. I was then asked to complete a very specific task and present this in the 4th stage, but this later changed and was rejected after I had shared my response. Screams of harvesting creative ideas for free, which I was wary of before submitting. I received no feedback on said task, and was simply told by the recruitment agency (via text message) that I wasn't quite right. No further feedback provided.
