      Store Associate Interview

      Mar 15, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lakewood, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at f.y.e. (Lakewood, CA) in Feb 2025

      Interview

The interview was conducted standing in the middle of the store. The questions were very easy and the assistant manager was friendly, just the standard stuff you'd expect along with asking if I'm comfortable completing the various aspects of the job. I was told I would be contacted within 2 days and then got ghosted. Called back, was given another time, got ghosted again. Repeat the process, ghosted again. Eventually I just went in and was told they gave the job to someone else. Definitely a problem with management, I can understand letting it slip your mind once, but three times? Definitely a blessing I wasn't hired.
