Te hacen varias entrevistas, Manager, Directores, Socios. Los manager evalúan más conocimientos técnicos directores y socios les interesa más cómo puedes adaptarte a los diferentes proyectos y respirar responsabilidades, posteriormente recursos humanos con pruebas psicológicas y ahí termina el proceso

Interview
Consist of a personal interview at first then a technical one (JAVA mainly). THen another interview with a manager and finally with an associate.
First couple of interviews where held in person with HR staff.
The process is really fast so you get to do all 4/5 interviews in 1-2 days
