The interview process was so long and really I see it unpracticed, I believe that having a vision to your company is something great but you can’t decide if the candidate go with your vision or not just by asking what these vision means to you, however the hr team was so kind .

The first interview was mirroring screen then white-listed, after that people and culture interview which talking about how suitable your are compared to the company’s vision, then hr director interview which was somehow tricky and focused on the technical side
