First screening interview with hiring agency went positive. Second round interview with people from company. Although 3 people announced, an interview was held by only one guy, others either didn’t care to join or they had some kind of excuse. Guy had no interviewing skills nor cared too much to introduce me to the company or role. Couldn’t ask anything about the job, role or the company. I was only answering pretty much unclear questions with unclear feedback. Finally, rejection feedback came 2 weeks above promised due date with short explanation that I don’t have experience with only one skill mentioned in the ad. Overall unpleasant experience, wouldn’t like to do it again. Wouldn’t recommend.
