Almost same like every other company. Applied through a job portal. Got call and had discussion with hiring manager. The discussion was good and then moved on next round.
Scheduled an telephonc interview. I didnt like the interview at all.

Phone interview with the Hiring Manager - Basic technical questions, Topics covered Java, Internet, Database concepts, http, REST, Open source frameworks
Onsite interview - very long interview

4 rounds of 45m interviews where you meet with different developers.
To me, i feel like they are expecting exact, crisp, answers for the questions asked. You should have known that question before and you should have practiced how to answer on that. Otherwise given the time, if you put the answers with your own words or try to solve the programming problems in a different way- proably you wont get the offer
