Unfortunately I wasn't selected as I lack experience.
But the team leader was very nice. He knew how to talk properly with people. His team seemed good too and everyone tried to talk with me not only questioning.

Eerst kennismakingsgesprek, online gesprek met 4 medewerkers. Later werden mensen geselecteerd om naar de site te komen voor een tweede gesprek. In het tweede gesprek zou de kennis worden getoetst

First apply. Then have initial call with Human Resources Director which is an interview of 30 minutes. Describe yourself and your resume. Then interview with line manager for about 30-60 minutes. Describe yourself and your goals and motivation.
