Pretty straight forward. No college degree required for this company. If you are looking for somewhere to start out, this is a great company but don't expect too much growth in position or wage. Turn over rate for this place is higher because of the lower wages. Good culture and work atmosphere overall just not a sustainable income.

The processes was very straight forward. I received a phone call interview then followed by a three hour interview. The three hour interview was by three sets of people and varied in personality. I felt like I was having to impress three different teams to get hired. They do an awesome job on presenting the vision and company values.
