I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at eQuest (San Ramon, CA) in May 2014
Interview
There were three sets of interviews. The first meeting was designed to familiarize me with the company, its strategy, and the day-to-day role I would be expected to perform. They wanted to make sure I knew everything about the job and company. It was then left to me if I was interested in returning for the second interview - which I did. The second interview was focused on my abilities, past work history, etc... The third interview let me speak to people I would be working with on the team, salary discussion, etc...

Question 1
What I had in mind for my career plans/choices now and in the future.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at eQuest (San Ramon, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
I met with Mr. Malone who at the time seemed like a genuine person. After witnessing his behavior in the office for 5 days I was instantly turned off. As a new hire, I wanted to do my best but I don't believe I was given the chance. The only silver lining is that I learned about job posting delivery and compliance.

Question 1
I was interviewed by the CEO who didn't ask my any questions or want to listen to anything I had to say. He wasn't interested into listening to my questions either.
I’ve been a Sales employee at eQuest for a little over a year and have found my time meaningful and rewarding. I can’t say enough about management and CEO.
In fact, the CEO often provides his personal attention in guiding our sales team to help us all meet our comp plans. He is generous with bonuses and pay.
Other missives and back-biters recently featured here feel that the leadership style is micromanaged – however - my take is just the opposite.
It’s good to know that management cares about what we do and provides every opportunity for us to be our best.
