eQuest interview questions

I met with Mr. Malone who at the time seemed like a genuine person. After witnessing his behavior in the office for 5 days I was instantly turned off. As a new hire, I wanted to do my best but I don't believe I was given the chance. The only silver lining is that I learned about job posting delivery and compliance.

I’ve been a Sales employee at eQuest for a little over a year and have found my time meaningful and rewarding. I can’t say enough about management and CEO. In fact, the CEO often provides his personal attention in guiding our sales team to help us all meet our comp plans. He is generous with bonuses and pay. Other missives and back-biters recently featured here feel that the leadership style is micromanaged – however - my take is just the opposite. It’s good to know that management cares about what we do and provides every opportunity for us to be our best.
