      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Mar 7, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eCore Software (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016

      Interview

I submitted my resume and was contacted back a few days later by the manager of the support department. There was a brief phone interview going over my resume and experience and I was then invited in for an in-person interview. The interview was held in the conference room of their office and there were three people present. They each asked me a series of work related questions and generally got to know me. I was contacted over the phone with an offer and I accepted. I began work two weeks later on a Monday morning.
