Interview was like something out the 70s. They seem to consider themselves like some sort of magic circle law firm. One guy drilled me on why I’d changed jobs “so often” (three times in 15 years) and was even asking me why I’d left one job in May and started another in June (I went on a 2 week holiday in between jobs???). For a modern company the legal team were seriously regressive. Not for me at all

Interview
I was ghosted twice by the in house recruiter. The first time she said technical difficulties prevented our meeting from going into her calendar. The second time she messaged me a few minutes after the start time to say she would be there in 2 minutes. I waited 30 minutes. I messaged her to see if she needed to reschedule. I never heard back. The lack of professionalism and basic respect is really disappointing. I've heard great things about the legal team. It's a shame their recruitment team is a barrier to supporting the legal team and creating such a bad image for the company.
The internal recruiter ghosted me after my interview with the hiring manager. I even sent two polite follow up emails requesting feedback and she continued to ghost me. A real lack of common courtesy and decency
