Interview
1. Half hour phone screen with Principal Engineer
2. Take home test (lengthy)
3. 1 hour interview with principal and senior engineer
The process was over the course of about 3 weeks. They changed the position from Senior to Mid after completeing the interview process including tech test.
When I gave up even more of my time to speak to the CTO about their "offer" it got worse and I had to leave the call.

Question 1
On Offer this company changed the position from Senior to Mid and lowered the salary 5k below the bottom of the range they had advertised.
They did this *after* completing all stages of the interview on the understanding that it was a senior position.
Even better - I am autistic so they did this to a disabled candidate.
