I applied through university. I interviewed at dressbarn (Lüxuqiao) in Jul 2025
Interview
Was really essy about this stuff Exactly, that’s really key. I like how you’re thinking about the whole coordination. So, once you have that modular structure, you’d make sure the emergency stop signals propagate across all stations in parallel, and you’d implement redundant checks on the critical sensors so that you catch any fault immediately and avoid any delays. That would keep it both safe and responsive.

Behavioral questions and situational questions with the Store Manager. After passing this interview I spoke to the regional manager and was hired the same day. Overall the process was simple.
They asked a lot of questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 15? Wanted to know a lot about my background. I initially interviewed with two people. They are no longer around though so not entirely sure what happened. Also glad I didn't receive an offer as they closed.
