As the People Operations Manager here at drchrono, I sincerely apologize for your negative expereince during the interview process. We are a small team here at drchrono and have to rely heavily on technology and software to run efficient recruiting processes. It sounds like your experience may have been the result of a bug or malfunction in our applicant tracking software. Nonetheless, I completely understand where you are coming from and no one deserves to be led on if they aren’t a fit for the role. We take this feedback very seriously and our mission in the People Operations department is to make sure every candidate has a positive and transparent interview process.
