first round after speaking with recruiter was a technical take-home test. First part asked to design simple backend system, second part asked to review some code. Problem was very open ended, as they usually tend to be, so it's a bit tricky in that sense but not harder than the usual questions I've seen from other companies for the same level/type of role.
