Interviewed for a React front-end position. First, had an initial screening to go over experience. Second, had a take home assignment to create a clone of an existing website with data from a public API. Third, had an onsite where we had a tour of the facilities and reviews the take home assignment. The whole process was very streamlined and completed within a week.

Tour of the place, met with CEO, had a panel interview which was the final phase but didn't get selected. They were wonderful enough to send me a $100 gift card just for interviewing. The whole process (and outcome) was warm but also straight to the point.
