Interview
Just one round. Very quick and easy. I spoke with the General Manager, and he gave me a list of salads to memorize. He also gave me a tour of the shop.
Very laid back, came in during the day and answered basic behavioral questions. The manager conducted it and made me feel comfortable. One thing I think could've been more effective was the way I was able to land an interview.
