It was an organised process consisting of 4 interview parts. It included an interview / meeting with team members which was great for establishing right fit / chemistry. The communication and feedback between me and the company / recruiter was always prompt and helpful.

Interview
It was a set of interviews. I was first interviewed by the team, so people of the same role than me, after that met a couple of future colleagues in shorter meetings and as a last step had an interview with my future lead and the CTO.
The first and the last Interview was about checking my qualification and identifying a team fit while the ones with the colleagues was to to check if they would trust me enough to be their coach
