Had taken over a month just to get a response from the first initial conversation Had first conversation beginning of April and only received response today in regards to next steps.

I was invited to the online interview by the director of MLE in April 2022. The interview was so unprofessional, This is why I wanted to rewind back and wanted to share my experience here. The interview has started with questions on my background, then followed as I was to talk about my projects. While I was describing my projects, I noticed that the director was giving overreactions, not listening, and not being serious. That was a scene, I must say. After the interview, I received a rejection email maybe in 5 minutes. Considering the whole recruitment process I experienced in those days, this was my only bad experience in an interview.
